At NoteGlass, we strive to provide our customers with the shortest possible shipping times, as we believe this is the most important thing for any online business.

Our shipping times can generally be separated into two parts:

PROCESSING TIME:
Our processing time consists of order verification, product customization, product quality control and packaging. Due to the high volume of orders at this time, our processing time is 3 to 5 business days.

SHIPPING TIME:
Shipping time is the time it takes for your NoteGlass to be shipped and delivered to your home.

All orders placed within America will be shipped from our US warehouse, and all other orders will be shipped from our international warehouses, depending on which one is closest to your location. However, if our US warehouse is out of stock, your order will be shipped from the nearest international warehouse.

Our current shipping times are 5-15 business days. Due to the global pandemic, shipping times may vary depending on where in the world you place your order.

Our shipping times are averaged from our last 5,000 orders so that we can provide our customers with the most accurate and transparent information possible.

All orders will receive tracking numbers with live updates of your package. All tracking information will be sent within 24-72 hours. If you have not received your tracking number within this time frame, please contact our customer support team.

NOTE: If you are ordering from a state or island country, shipping times may be delayed due to global shipping constraints.
